Enter Me

If I was there,
and something was,
it may enter me, and
admire the ceiling, far above

Expanding while the floor drops through,
unsure whether to hover, rise or fall

The message stuffed inside the stalled clock
that grows dust over the mantle

Inside of me, it is all the same
until I tilt my head
and halos appear, one by one
encircling all and nothing still

Life remains
a force without need for windows

In an invitation
to enter me

Wednesday

Dangling Surprise

I notice something missing
though I've never known it to be there
I would take the time to tell you
but I know you wouldn't...

magnify the emptiness,
take the something off my chest
take a minute of my time

I know it really isn't mine

I notice something missing
though I've never known it to be there
I would take the time to tell myself
but I think I wouldn't...

understand the contradictions
in the distances between
the measured interactions
and the sharing of a dream

But in the end
it isn't fair
to just assume
you wouldn't care

Maya Cosmogenesis 2012 and Rudolph Steiner

I have been reading Maya Cosmogenesis 2012 by John Major Jenkins, and it takes some focus to stay on it, but I've learned a lot. I read about half of the book quite a few years ago and had to get it back to the library and I didn't finish it. (I know I could have renewed it, but my attention span must have improved considerably since then.) The fact that the Mayans and other Mesoamerican cultures utilized sacred mushrooms ties the whole thing together in my mind, including the Time Wave Zero "intuition" that Terence McKenna had.

You hear people espouse the possibility that extraterrestrials could have given advanced cultures like the Egyptians and the Mayans knowledge that is beyond what they would have logically been able to attain on their own. It seems to me as though this "missing link" is the intelligent and measured use of sacred mushrooms. They spoke about their experiences across generations and mapped out "inner space" as it correlates to celestial bodies that appear to occur externally, but in reality, everything that we can see and experience is taking place within our consiciousness. This is why the Mayan calendar is at once a way of measuring the evolution of consciousness as well as the precession of the equinoxes. They are the same thing.

I am just scratching the surface of this hypothesis, but Rudolp Steiner spoke about the energies of what I would describe as collective transcendent beings residing upon, or within, celestial bodies. If this is true, it would tie together the Mayan reverance for the cyclical proximity of the constellations and the center of the Milky Way as periodic opportunities to gain intimate access to divine energies. I'm talking about the eternal collectives that would appear "historically" as people like the Buddha or Christ. The collective manifests as an individual in this dualistic dimension to introduce new ideas and leave behind a profound change in the consciousness of humankind.

If actual "trans-personalities" were in fact resident in celestial bodies that are contained in the Milky Way, it would further explain the deep and abiding connection that the Mayans felt with the contents of the sky. Perhaps they were acquainted with the unique energies that reside in the forms that we see in the night sky in the same manner that we know our families and friends.

Wednesday

Observations of a Ghost

Witnessing tugging and pulling for little pieces of nothing while everything is there for the taking, knowing that they keep everybody from everything. All of the signs point to the struggle for nothing. Everyone has forgotten.

Empty, no sights or plays that mean anything. People devoted to the pursuit of all of nothing. No voice here, soft pulp battered into milkiness, drink it if you are thirsty.

Life left, nowhere to put it except here or into the air of my room, courage creaks, rusty. Sardonic is ugly, it what's left though...sincerity was chased away, it got in the way if you happened to stumble upon it.

I know a tree with my eyes closed, I'll put my back to it and sigh, later the sun will set and I will walk along.

Friday

The Shoulders of the Universe

The code to the
lock on the
motherlode,

cascades of sequential
understanding fueled by
love and other emotions and

beauty and things, wild flowers and
beetles on leaves upside down,
the royal blue in the sky, swells of
red later, moistures here and there

my muscles are tired from long walks up mountains,
my skin feels like me
everything can tell me something and
eye know
how to listen,
i'm open, i want you to know me

it's young to be me, i don't know how to fall,
a crow is nearby, i saw a yellow bird with a
reddish head, things aren't ugly anymore

i hear trains at night, I pull my pillow
over my head, it's cool and dark, i want
to go to California for the weekend soon,
there are waves there and people too

i build things that stay built, i'm simple though
i am learning to flow, i saw Femi Kuti

mexicans are angels sometimes, i eat lettuce and
a lot of fruit, whatever is cheapest, it's good, it

helps me to
sit my
head
between the
shoulders of the universe,
everything is me,
nothing can resist itself

in health, humble, a rippling breath whispering
something sweet to be carried softly
atop the water, over and
around red rocks and
fallen trees, cool,
soothing, free...

everything is me

The Daily Tzolkin

Daily Tzolkin

The Mayan calendar is an as above, so below wheel within a wheel fractal, so it concurs with all of the alchemical, mystical, and spiritual traditions concerning the basis of life and "reality." Others understand it more comprehensively that I do from a scientific and technical point of view, and I am still learning about it some 13 years after first sticking my toes on the water.

The Tzolkin is the 260 day calendrical cycle, and I intuitively feel that this is the scope of the horizon of relativity that is most practically used on a day to day basis as we pinpoint where we are in relationship to the unfolding of galactically derived genetic information (that I think arrives in morphogenetic fields that recalibrate our own constantly).

I work on the computer every day, so I find it convenient to go to this site to check out where we are and to read the details of the galactic tone and sun sign, which I find to be very useful interpretations. Check it out, when you follow the Tzolkin, you notice subtle changes.

A Lotus Petal Called Time

You were
born of Gaia
and she holds you still,
here, now

as it has always been

Seasons of renewal
hide behind horizons,
like children they pretend
that you don't see them there

The spiral journey
is rich and supple,
mossy and fragrant
here in the dew
on a lotus petal
called time.
